  Calling around Bakersfield and trying to find a place to fit 80 plus people is not easy.  After making a few calls, we decided the football players wanted something easy.... PIZZA!
  I called and spoke with Darla and Cynthia. They were super helpful and had amazing customer service skills. They were able to fit us in and have the food ready by 4 on a Friday.  Thank you for all your help!!  
  The food is delicious and the customer service is top notch!  Thank you all for your hard work

  How do you give less than 1 star????
  Order a pepperoni and sausage pizza. Receive a pepperoni, sausage and OLIVE pizza. I'm HIGHLY allergic to olives. Call back, after 10 minutes of back and forth, am told a "urgent" order had been placed. No more than 30 minutes.
  Hour goes by..........fuck these idiots, and still nothing
  Should have ate the olives and sued your stupid asses

  I am sorry but this place has been on a steady decline for awhile and today just put the final nail in the coffin. The only reason for the second star is because at one point the wedges were fire ! I literally just just "finished" my "meal"  and I'm being honest going forward. Tonight we splurged and ordered out (my son has a friend over and we were at a school event for quite some time) cheese bread, wedges, M combo . Cheese bread had so much garlic it was impossible for me and my daughter to eat, overall eh from everyone else. The wedges were DISGUSTING! I literally could not finish eating after just a couple bites. The bf also thought they were disgusting but couldn't figure out exactly what was wrong with it. The pizza( I didn't not eat) was well let put it this way, between 4 people there's still 1/2 pizza left! The delivery should have included ketchup,marinara, and ranch ... not all ranch ... didn't really matter in the end because we ended up just making an alternate dinner . So boo to that

  Rusty's used to be my favorite pizza place in Bakersfield. They had the best pizza sauce that just made the pizza the best in Bakersfield. I was a loyal customer. About six months ago, they started using different pizza sauce... it was just not the same. It was bland, tasteless, and well-below average. Their sauce used to be a standout! Sad. There are no more good pizza places in Bakersfield.

  Not even worthy of one star.  Horrid customer service.  Ordered pizza, waited.  Waited some more.  Waited some more.  After two hours, and two phone calls, I was told they got "BUSY" and "lost" my order.  Of course, this was after my third call.  The prior two calls they assured me the pizza was out for delivery.  Never again.
